We were delighted that Clive Pig, a local but international story teller, came to school to tell us some traditional tales. These stories, passed down from generation to generation are deeply rooted in our cultural heritage. Each phase of the school used his visit and some beautiful books to inspire us to write and tell our own versions. We are deeply grateful to The Helen Foundation and our own PTA for funding this visit. Here are some pictures and a few examples of the writing that children did following the visit.
Clive visited each class with a set of stories tailored perfectly for them.
